In force since 30 September 2026
Terms of service
These terms govern the use of the Farework coworking space and of the fare.work website: bookings, packages, subscriptions, payments and access to the premises. By booking or buying, you accept them. The Italian version is the binding one; this English text is a courtesy translation.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by Crosta Mirko, VAT no. 07635431211, tax code CRSMRK80E04F839T, REA NA-967490, based at Piazzetta Gagliardi 6, 80137 Naples, Italy. Contacts: hi@fare.work, phone +39 331 703 9652, certified email mirkocrosta@legalmail.it.
“Farework” and “we” mean the provider of the service. “You” and “customer” mean whoever books or buys, as an individual or on behalf of a business.
2. What we offer
Workstations at Piazzetta Gagliardi 6, Naples, in a shared space or at a private desk, with the services described on the website (connectivity, coffee and water, printer). The spaces and services available are those published on the “Spaces” page at the time of booking.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00, except for closures announced on the website or by email. Bookings are only possible within opening hours.
We sell three different things: occasional entries (one hour, half a day, a full day), prepaid packages of hours or days, and monthly subscriptions with automatic renewal, with or without a reserved desk.
3. Booking
You book on the website by choosing a date, a time and a space. The availability shown is the real one at the time of the request. The booking is concluded when you receive the confirmation email.
Without an active package or subscription you can book up to 90 days in advance; with one, up to 180 days. Monthly subscriptions with active renewal also allow bookings beyond the period already paid.
A half day booked on the website takes one of two fixed slots, 9:00–14:00 or 14:00–19:00. A full day covers the whole opening time.
Each booking is for one person. It cannot be transferred to someone else without telling us.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are those published on the website at the time of purchase. Entries and packages are shown with VAT included; monthly subscriptions also show the amount without VAT. We may change the price list at any time: what you have already bought keeps the price you paid.
Online you pay by card through Stripe, which handles the payment on its own systems: we neither see nor store your card details. On site you can pay in cash, by card terminal or by bank transfer, as agreed at the desk.
An online payment must be completed within 31 minutes of starting it: after that, the booking cancels itself and the seat, together with any credit already deducted, becomes available again.
If the credit of a package is not enough for the whole booking, what is left is used and only the difference is paid by card.
5. Prepaid packages
A package is a credit of hours or days that you spend by booking. It is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase; credit not used by then is lost and is not refunded.
Credit is personal and cannot be transferred. A booking paid with a day package uses one day whatever the duration chosen.
Whoever pays with an hour package does not choose the space: we assign the free workstation at the time of confirmation.
6. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions (“1 week a month”, “2 weeks a month”, “Unlimited monthly”, “Fixed desk”) renew automatically every month, charged to your card through Stripe on the same date as the activation.
You can cancel at any time from your customer area: the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid and then does not renew. There are no refunds for the unused part of a period.
If a charge fails, Stripe retries for a few days; if no attempt succeeds, the subscription is cancelled and any bookings beyond the paid period are cancelled too.
“1 week a month” gives 5 days in the month and “2 weeks a month” gives 10; unused days do not carry over. “Unlimited monthly” lets you book without a limit on days within opening hours, at any workstation. “Fixed desk” reserves the same workstation for the whole paid period; without renewal the desk becomes available to others.
7. Cancellation, no-shows and refunds
You can cancel a booking from your customer area or from the link in the confirmation email.
If we have to cancel (unexpected closure, failure, force majeure), we refund you in full or return the credit, at your choice.
Leaving the workstation before the end of the booked time gives no right to a refund. If you want to stay longer you can extend, when the seat is free, paying the extra hour at the list price or with your credit.
- Entries paid by card: if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start, we refund the full amount to the same payment method; how long the credit takes depends on your bank.
- Bookings paid with the credit of a package or subscription: if you cancel at least 24 hours before, the credit becomes available again.
- Beyond these deadlines, or if you do not show up, there is no refund: entries remain due and the hours or the day of the package count as used.
- With an unlimited subscription, on the third late cancellation or no-show within the same month, for the following 30 days you can only book with the notice allowed to non-subscribers.
8. Consumers' right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, for packages and subscriptions you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to hi@fare.work. If you have already used the service in the meantime, we keep the part corresponding to what was used, calculated at the list price of entries, and refund the rest.
For bookings of single entries with a set date and time, the cancellation rules in section 7 apply.
9. Access to the premises and house rules
If we give you a door code, it is valid only for you and for the booked time, with 15 minutes of leeway before the start. Do not share it, and tell us at once if you think someone else knows it.
People work in the premises: take phone calls discreetly, leave the workstation as you found it, do not bring in unregistered guests. Anyone causing disturbance or damage may be asked to leave without a refund and is liable for the damage caused.
Personal belongings remain in your care. We are not liable for theft, loss or damage to items left unattended, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.
10. Receipts and invoices
With each purchase you choose whether to receive a receipt or an invoice, and you enter the billing details. You are responsible for their accuracy; an invoice already sent to the Italian tax exchange system cannot be re-issued to someone else.
Electronic invoices are issued in Italy through the exchange system of the Italian tax authority; a copy is available in your customer area.
11. Account, reviews and communications
The customer area is personal: keep your password private and tell us about any unauthorised use. We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms.
You can leave a review only for a booking you actually used. We publish genuine reviews, including negative ones; we remove those that are offensive, false or unrelated to the service.
After a booking we may email you to ask for a review: you can opt out from the link in every message.
Communications about bookings and payments go to the email address you gave us. Keep it up to date.
12. Liability
We do our best to keep spaces, connectivity and services working at all times, but we do not guarantee there will be no interruptions. If a failure makes it impossible to work, we refund or return the credit of the booking concerned: this is the only remedy owed.
We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of data. Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be excluded by law, in particular towards consumers, remains unaffected.
13. Personal data
We process your data to manage bookings, payments, access and tax documents, as described in the privacy policy published on the website, which forms part of these terms.
14. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published on fare.work with the date at the top. Changes apply to purchases made after publication; for active subscriptions we notify you by email before the renewal, and you can cancel before they apply.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile; for all other customers, the court of Naples.
Consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Before anything else, write to us at hi@fare.work: almost everything gets sorted out by talking.
